About Me

My journey has taken me from China, to New York City, and now I'm proudly based in Danbury, Connecticut-each place shaping how I see people, movement, and light.

I developed my creative foundation working in automotive advertising, where I spent years crafting visual stories for car brands. I began behind a video camera, learning how light, motion, and composition work together, before eventually trading motion for stillness and discovering my passion for portrait photography.

While I love the technical side of photography, what truly drives my work is working with people. I'm drawn to creating portraits that feel powerful, intentional, and authentic-using light and shadow to reveal character, strength, and presence.

When I'm not behind the camera, you'll find me spending time with my wife and kids, who keep me grounded, inspired, and always pushing forward.
